Establishment
Kemilinks International Private Limited was incorporated on April 12th, 2001 under company Registration No. 200102478H. Kemilinks International is a Statutory member of the Singapore Business Federation.
Kemilinks International’s main office and development centre are based in Singapore, with presence in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and China.
Kemilinks International has successfully built a foothold in Singapore and in the Asia - Pacific region providing a growing range of mobile satellite, VSAT and wireless products and services. The company had invested, developed web-based and client server applications to provide asset tracking, monitoring and remote telemetry solutions.
Kemilinks’ trading partners includes top class organizations like the Singtel group of companies, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Vizada, Inmarsat, Iridium LLC etc, and the list is expanding.
Kemilinks International and its associates hold various licenses from various regulatory authorities in countries which it operates in. Example, in Singapore it holds a SBO (Service Based Operator) license and other licenses from Singapore’s Info comm Development Authority (IDA).
With such licenses, Kemilinks International provides various satellite (Inmarsat, Iridium etc) voice, data and telemetry services. It also had been handling telephone and IP/internet traffic. Currently, Kemilinks International is also a representative and service contractor for Phoenix Communications to provide economical and good IDD services for individuals and corporations.
Kemilinks also provide a range of solar panel products and optical fibre products to installers of fibre optical systems.
Business
The company’s main business is providing reliable mobile satellite and VSAT services for voice, data, internet applications, asset tracking, monitoring and telemetry services to fishing organizations (VMS), maritime vessels and maritime authorities (LRIT, SSAS etc) , land asset management and remote telemetry.
The company provide a wide range of products including; Inmarsat, Iridium, Thuraya, and VSAT terminals with full applications
The company had successfully built and operate platforms to provide web-based application services and products for a wide range of customers.
The company operates and offers a hub centre service for access and connections into various available satellite constellations, eg Inmarsat, Iridium etc. satellites
Maritime
Kemilinks provides Vessel Monitoring services for fisheries ( VMS), Tracking of ships/vessels, Ship Security Alert services (SSAS), Long Range Identification Tracking (LRIT) as required by IMO regulations. Telemetry services provided includes vessel/ship fuel monitoring, ship/vessel and yacht onboard security and access monitoring, buoy location markings, light-house remote monitoring, satellite images for fishing and disaster management.

Land Disaster Management and Telemetry
In 2005, Kemilinks International developed and deployed its innovative telemetry system for disaster (Tsunami) warning systems with Inmarsat D+ short burst data technology.
Since then, similar systems had been supplied to Korea and Sri Lanka.
Experience and Professional Management Team
Top management in Kemilinks International includes Mr. Frankie Neo Kim Thuay,who holds a Masters of Engineering degree in Microwave Engineering with over 30 years of Management and technical experience in Telecommunications and satellite applications. He was formerly a member of Singapore Telecommunications Ltd (Singtel)’s top management team, regional director for Inmarsat Asia Pacific, one of the original founding members of Teledata Limited group of companies, and independent directors on I-Comm Technology Limited board.
Mr. Chusuk Bumrungtrakul, who holds a Bachelors degree in aeronautical engineering from USA, licensed aircraft engineer. Had deep business relations with Marconi etc., founded various successful companies specializing in various telecommunications and industrial projects. He has over 30 of doing business in South East Asia. Mr Bumrungtrakul was formerly responsible for supplying and building the Voice of America and BBC Far East stations in South East Asia. He founded and was chairman of the TMS and Horizon Mobile group of companies
